👓 Meet Dr. Monica Bell! Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Bell is a proud graduate of the University of Waterloo School of Optometry (with honours!). She has served in leadership roles from student associations to her current position as President of the Calgary Society of Optometrists.
✨ With experience spanning ocular disease training in Baltimore, vision therapy in Calgary, and volunteer screenings for the Special Olympics, Dr. Bell brings passion and expertise to every patient she sees.
🌍 She has also carried her love of helping others around the world, joining eye care missions in Romania, Mexico, Thailand, Jamaica, Rwanda, Madagascar & more.
When she’s not caring for eyes, you’ll find her hiking, running marathons, tackling triathlons, or adventuring in the mountains. 🏔️💪

Merry Christmas! Thanks for your patience with our hours being a little different these last 2 days. On Wednesday Dr N drove to Saskatchewan & back, to bring his daughter home for the holidays. He returned to find Fribbit & the eyeball had been having some fun in his absence. They even gift wrapped Dr N's dress shoes stored in his office locker. Thursday, Dr N was able to take our amazing Calgary Vision Therapy & Eye Live team out for lunch. We are so thankful for this amazing group who help keep things Merry & light. May your Christmas be Merry & light this year too. Thanks for supporting our small businesses. We appreciate you so much.

Eye Live is open as normal, Friday Dec 20 & Saturday Dec 21. Then will be closed for several days to give our team time with their own families. Friday Dec 27 we will be open regular hours once again. Call us (403-719-5483) if you have benefits about to expire Dec 31 so we can fit you in before they do.
