Meet Jordan, a Registered Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about helping people rediscover hope, connection, and resilience.
Jordan works with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. Her approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and focused on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
By helping clients calm their nervous systems and understand their protective responses, she creates a safe, supportive space where growth and healing can take place.
As the poet Naomi Shihab Nye reminds us, “Before you know kindness as the deepest thing inside, you must know sorrow as the other deepest thing.”
