Tight muscles and the surrounding fascial tissues can restrict lymph flow by creating pressure and roadblocks within the lymphatic system, leading to a slower and less effective drainage of lymph fluid.

Make sure you are stretching those neck muscles daily to promote more lymph flow. I promise if you stay consistent with it you will feel amazing results.
