Erin brings a strong background in sports nutrition, working with athletes at all levels—from youth and varsity programs to national teams and high-performance environments.

She currently supports Canada’s 3x3 basketball and fencing teams, works with the Calgary Flames development program, and serves as lead performance dietitian for Mount Royal University varsity athletics.

But what really sets Erin apart? Her ability to make nutrition simple, realistic, and approachable...whether you’re an athlete or just trying to feel your best.
