Hi, I'm Lisa Owens & I am living a happy & fulfilling life. I am the happiest I have ever been in my life.
... but it wasn't always that way.

Helping individuals reduce stress, increase memory, focus & attention, release weight, resolve insomnia & bust through limited beliefs/blocks through Hypnotherapy & Energy Healing. I live my passion & purpose helping women stress less & thrive on while nourishing their mind, body & soul. In my journey to overcome the the trauma I endured as a child I spent many adult years attending group & individual counselling. I felt like a complete failure because nothing seemed to be helping. I just couldn't get my life together! You might say my life was a natural disaster. Then I was introduced to Hypnotherapy. A whole new world opened up & I found myself making positive changes within weeks. Hypnotherapy made such a positive impact on my life like nothing ever before. It lit a fire in my soul and I instantly knew that becoming a Hypnotherapist was what I needed to do so that I could help others heal their trauma too. Hypnotherapy has been life-changing. I learned to take responsibility for my thoughts, feelings & behaviours. I broke free from the inner jail I was holding myself hostage in and now I am now living a happy life!
