Not a bad week 🥰

Checked out a new gym
Bought a new vehicle ( Tiffany the love-wagon 😆 )
Celebrated V-day with my man, some good food and the pups 💗
Feeling really confident in my skin and the way I’ve been showing up as a trainer for my clients. Can’t ask for anything else right now.

Today isn’t just about celebrating couples….

Today is about ALL types of love. And love shows up in so many different ways. It’s family checking in on you. Friends who listen without trying to fix you. The quiet moments with people who make life feel safe and easy.

And honestly… the hardest relationship I’ve ever had to build has been the one with myself.

Learning to speak kindly to myself.
Learning to fuel my body instead of punish it.
Learning that rest isn’t failure.
Learning that I don’t have to earn my worth through exhaustion or perfection.

That didn’t happen overnight. It took years of unlearning old habits and rebuilding trust with myself. One small decision at a time.

Because here’s what I’ve learned: You can’t expect healthy, secure relationships if you’re constantly at war with yourself.

The way you treat yourself becomes the standard for everything else in your life. Your boundaries, your confidence, the love you accept, and the love you give.

So today isn’t just about couples or flowers or dinner reservations.

It’s about celebrating love in every form. Including the quiet, everyday choice to show up for yourself even when it’s hard.

And if you’re still learning how to do that…I challenge you to do something for yourself today. Whether that’s movement or a nice meal made for one, the choice is yours.

Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️

The hardest part…can be learning how to eat more. Not emotionally. Not recklessly. Intentionally.

For a long time, eating less felt like control.

More food felt like risk.

Like I might lose progress.

Like I might lose discipline.

But here’s what I learned: You cannot build a good relationship with food while constantly underfeeding yourself.

At some point, growth requires trust.

And that might look like:
– adding oil
– eating the carbs
– seasoning your food
– allowing your body to fluctuate
– not panicking at the scale

For some women, losing weight is the easy part.

Learning you don’t have to live afraid of food anymore?
For some - That’s the real work.

Have you ever been scared to eat more?

You take calls while driving.

Send texts with Siri.

Run your life from your car.

But a walk? Suddenly there’s no time.

Would it be great to disconnect and just enjoy the sunshine? Absolutely. But real life doesn’t always allow perfect conditions — and your health doesn’t require perfection.

The choice is not career or health.

Family or fitness.

Stop treating them like they compete.

Your health is what gives you the energy to show up for all of it.

Make it part of your life now — not someday when things “calm down.”

Are we going to build some stellar muscle together? Or course we are. But that’s not my favourite thing to see change….

What really changes is how my clients carry themselves.

I’ve watched women walk into our first session avoiding mirrors, tugging at their shirts, apologizing for their bodies before we’ve even started.

And months later?

They walk into a room differently.

Shoulders back.
More certain.
More at ease.

Not because their body suddenly made them worthy, but because they started keeping promises to themselves.

Because confidence isn’t something you stumble upon one day.

It’s built every time you show up when you said you would.

Every workout.
Every small choice.
Every moment you stop tearing yourself apart.

Somewhere along the way, you stop trying to hide… and you start feeling at home in yourself.

That is the woman we’re building.

So no…working with me isn’t just about changing your body.

It’s about becoming the woman who walks into a room and doesn’t immediately wonder if she belongs there.
She knows she does.

And getting to witness that shift in the women I coach will never stop being the most meaningful part of what I do.

Start living your life with intention…

I used to think that motivation was what created change… but the truth is, it’s alignment.

Alignment between the woman you say you want to become and the actions you take when no one is watching.

Because here’s the thing, your life doesn’t change when you decide you want better.

Your life changes the moment your behaviors start matching that standard.

And I feel this deeply right now.

When I look at this life Matt and I are building…the routines, the stability, the love in our home, the energy we pour into our future; none of it happened by accident.

It came from thousands of small decisions to be better.

To think long-term.

To choose discipline over default.

To act like the people we want to become.

Not perfectly. Never perfectly.

But intentionally.

There is something incredibly grounding about looking around and realizing:
👉 You helped build this.
👉 You chose this.
👉 You didn’t just hope for it, you showed up for it.
matters.

When I think about the girl five years ago, I’m so proud of where she is and where she’s heading.

So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to get serious about your health, your habits, your standards, your life…This is it.

Stop waiting to feel ready.

Start living with intention, and watch how everything changes.

Training with intention hits different…

I see it all the time - program hopping, adding “just one more” glute movement, chasing soreness, chasing sweat…chasing the feeling of doing enough.

But the people who build strong, shapely glutes aren’t doing a million random exercises.

They slow down.
They control their reps.
They focus on ex*****on.
They progressively get stronger.

Because one intentional squat will take you further than ten rushed ones.

More is not better.

Better is better.

Train with purpose.

Your body will respond. 🍑 🍑 🍑

You keep telling yourself cardio is the next level of your fitness journey…

So you sign up for the classes.

You save the workouts.

You swear this is the week you become “a cardio person.”

But you hate every second of it.

So you stop.
Start again.
Stop again.

Meanwhile — you check your steps and you’re barely hitting 2,000 a day.

Before you even THINK about adding more cardio…

Master your movement.

8,000 steps a day will do more for your energy, fat loss, hormones, heart health, and mental wellbeing than forcing yourself through workouts you dread.

This is the unsexy truth no one talks about:

👉 The basics change your body.
👉 The basics regulate your health.
👉 The basics build consistency.

You don’t need a harder plan.

You need one you can actually do - master showing up for some walks first. Then we can talk about cardio.
