As I look back at 2022, I am struck by the wonderful clients I am blessed to work with. This year has seen the addition of new human, canine and feline patients to my practice. Not a day goes by where I am not super excited to see every single patient who is on my schedule, regardless of how long the day will be. 2022 has been one busy year.
For the first time in the Turn 2 Chiropractic history, I have been consistently booking 2+ weeks in advance and have an ever-growing wait list. I wish I could clone myself and be everything for every one of my patients. But until that technology is perfected, I have to do the best with what I have. There are only so many treatment hours available in each day and each week.
Because of the high demand, I have made the difficult decision to start charging my cancellation/no show fee. Appointments are set aside and dedicated to the patient who is booked in, but there are often others who are desperate to get in. With enough time to reach out to them, I can almost always fill those spots.
Therefore, I will now be enforcing the policy of cancellations requiring 24 hours notice, to allow time to reach out to patients on the wait list. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the cost of your visit. This policy applies to Chiropractic, Animal Chiropractic and Massage therapy visits. The fee is an out of pocket expense, as insurance companies will not reimburse this charge.
At the same time, I do understand that unexpected things happen; illnesses come up, vehicles break down, etc, so please reach out to me to discuss your situation when needed.
