In chapter 4 of “The Wisdom of Your Body” shares affirmations that are non-appearance related, healthy, and realistic - encouraging a shift in the way we think about our bodies. Hillary has so many other incredible books and scholarly articles. Another favourite of mine is her podcast, “Other People’s Problems” that is so incredibly unique - with her clients consent, she records their therapy sessions together to help demystify mental health.
