I love this analogy! The next time your mind becomes muddled, like a tangled mess of words and fears...pause and imagine all that sediment floating to the bottom. Let gravity take the words, images and feelings...and when your mental glass is clear, make a statement about where you will go next. For example, and now I will pick up the left lead and do a 20 meter circle in a rhythm.
