The ATHA Method with ATHA International is bringing you the opportunity of a lifetime to be able to teach The ATHA Method including

Flow
Mobility
Ladder
Hatha
Power

You will also leave with an understanding of how to teach a Yin 60 minute class and have opportunity to work on Hands of Adjustments and Assists.

You will not find another training like this. This is not for people that just want to learn more about yoga.

This is for people who love and want to teach it!

You will leave the training being fully ready to teach a class.

Anatomy and Philosophy will be done prior to your arrival in Mexico in your own time giving you three months prior to complete the work.

In Mexico be prepared to practice, teach, learn alignment and poses and to connect and understand the value of being an amazing yoga teacher.
