Through Kundalini yoga, we awaken the body, align the energy channels, and create spaciousness in the nervous system. Through ritual, we give form to our boundaries, lighting candles, setting intention, and using sound, breath, and gesture to seal what no longer serves.

Not releasing emotions. Releasing permissions.

Ask yourself:
• Where have I been over-explaining?
• Where does my “no” now live, without justification?

Together we move, chant, and ritualize the edges of our energy, drawing the line with clarity, presence, and embodied power.

Imbolc Yoga and Ritual with Jamie Kay & Jan McClelland.

The halfway point between Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox, Imbolc marks the quiet turning point of the year.
The first soft promise of light returning. A threshold between winter’s deep rest and the stirring of new life.
Join Jan and Jamie for a ceremonial evening devoted to renewal, intention, and gentle awakening. We will weave together Kundalini, Yin, and Restorative yoga to support both subtle activation and deep nervous-system ease.
The practice will include guided breathwork and meditation to clarify intention, followed by a crystal bowl and gong sound bath to help integrate and restore. Ritual elements are thoughtfully layered throughout, including a ceremonial herb smudge aligned with Imbolc’s themes of purification, clarity, and new beginnings.
This is a space to listen inward, tend the inner flame, and plant seeds with care.

Early bird rate available until January 17.

Winter Solstice Ritual & Cacao Ceremony with Jamie Kay and Janet McClelland.

A heart-opening cacao ceremony, a guided journey into the quiet winter darkness, and a soundscape of gong + crystal bowls to reset your whole being.
