TLDR: point your brain (aka think) where you want to go in life. Cancel the old way of thinking where we beat ourselves up for not having enough willpower. And put it in your head where you are going. Eg. I AM A FU***NG GODDESS works great.

Are you struggling to feel better and release some extra weight from your body only to find yourself needing to start over again on Monday? Sigh, willpower never seems to last beyond Tuesday does it ;)
Fun fact: it's not meant to.
Willpower is housed in your thinking brain: which uses only 5% of your actual brain power available. The weight loss industry profits over and over from people thinking the next thing will just keep their willpower up this ONE. LAST. TIME.
It won't.
Because, all you need in order to change something, is your unconscious mind (we all have one!!) Not will power. And!!! What most weight-loss programs fail to tell you, is that willpower ALWAYS runs out. You need to change something from deeper within your brain: all change, all new learning, and all new behaviour change happens in the unconscious mind, the other 95% of the power available to you.
The unconscious mind is the goal-getter of your brain. It's the power house of the operation.
Your conscious brain (5%) thinks and SETS your goals, and the unconscious part (95%) goes and GETS your goals.
Therefore it is simple AND FREE!!! for you to know this fun and easy fact that you too can very easily change your life simply by tweaking how you talk to yourself about your body.

Yes, including and not limited to: how you talk to yourself in your head, in the mirror, when you lose your determination, how you view others with your ideal body type....it ALL matters.
And it is as simple as this:
Do you catch yourself in the mirror and instantly think: "ah god I'm so fat! I wish I was skinny! Why can't I lose weight?! I really suck at this, if I have to keep starting over because I always fall off the wagon. I have no willpower!Why are my (insert offending body parts here) so big? Ugh, no one will love me when I look like this. I need to take my fat ass for a run."
** These are just a random few, all true statements I've said to myself in the past. ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
โโ Can we just cancel that entire above paragraph of garbage once and for all? All of that is old, not-effective programming that belongs in the garbage!!! Better yet, throw all those combos of words, and any others you have kicking around unique to you, right out the window so they burn up in the sun. Do it again for good measure, make sure they are good and gone, never to return again.

Today, we grow and blossom some better, goal-oriented thoughts, so we insert this gem instead:
I AM A FU***NG GODDESS.
(Guys you'll need to help me out here for yourselves, what do you call yourself? A God? A stud? For this post I'm using what I have said, you will need to choose something equivalent that applies to you. Use whatever word works for you, just make it how you'd describe what you look like as the finished result.
And repeat after me:
I AM A FU***NG GODDESS.
How your speak to yourself matters more than anything else. Know why?
Your thoughts tell you where to go.

Saying "ughhh! I'm so fat." โก๏ธโก๏ธ Your brain heard: I'm fat and will make you go about your days and life doing the things (or not) that will allow you to hold on to more fat than needed, because you told it to. It will do this until you tell it something different.

It can't be that easy, can it?
Darn right it can!! Every single second, there are more chances to think differently (read: change yourself!) than there are grains of sand on all the beaches on the entire planet.

That's right, every second.
And your unconscious mind is sitting there, listening and waiting 24/7, swimming in the sea of possibility, quietly waiting on standby for you to put in your request.
So, in light of the infinite possibility of change that exists within each of us, we are going forward, telling yourself over and over in the mirror, I'M A FU***NG GODDESS. Now your brain goes and makes you do things to get you THAT life instead.
Tell your brain what you don't have, you'll stay there. Tell it what you want and you'll go get it.
It's brilliantly simple.
Let's practice doing it right now, and say it out loud with me. I AM A F**KIKG GODDESS.
Say it again: I AM A F**KIKG GODDESS.

***This is not to be mistaken for actual medical advice or disregarding the fact that health and fitness obviously need more factors than simply thought (this is a starting point that will start a trickle down effect from the goal-getting part of your brain). A clean diet well-intentioned exercise, and good quality restorative sleep are also musts.
It's the concept of: you can't out-run or out-think a diet full of MacDonald's, not enough sleep, and cruel self-talk.
โโโ๏ธ Wait. What is well-intentioned exercise? I'm glad you asked.โโโ
Fun fact:
When you consider your highly-active, walking around all day, heavy-lifting job as exercise, so does your body. You've told yourself you are exercising as you work, so your body counts it as good exercise!!!

Studies have shown people who do this lose weight over time, while the other half of the group worked the same job AND worked out after. NONE of them in the second group lost weight, in fact they GAINED weight over time because their bodies actually needed rest by then, not more exercise. ๐คฏ๐คฏ๐๐
It really is this simple.
Tell your brain what you want, and it'll get to work on getting it for you.
It WANTS to be used this way!!! It was made for this!!
This works even better when you picture yourself as your end result. Really imagine yourself in the photos and in the places you'll be, once you reach your goals. Tell your brain what you want!! This is so so incredibly important for our health and longevity. And so easy to do.
Our brains are a muscle and must be trained to be used correctly or it will atrophy. Read: shrink.
Not so fun fact: when we don't use our brains to go get us something we want (ie. If we are focused on a lack of something or something we can't do), our brains are not being put to work to grow and change, so we start decaying.
We are either growing or we are decaying. This is a fact of all things in nature. This has been measured on EEG. Thoughts create energy!
As humans, with our unique thinking minds, we go where your thoughts go. And, when you focus on the past, that eventually leads down the road lead to dementia.

I'd like to cancel that outcome for as many humans as I can going forward, now that I have come to understand this fascinatingly easy concept, having taken care of far too many dementia patients over the years. Including my own grandma.
Use your brain and your head for more than a hat rack, as my dad says!
Go grab a piece of paper and write yourself some goals. Make sure they are stated in the present, are positive and you can start with "I AM A FU***NG GODDESS". You could also add: "I am healthy and free and my body is functioning optimally. I fit in all my smallest clothes. I breathe and run and exercise effortlessly."
Literally no money needed: simply telling yourself what you want instead of focusing on what you don't have, will get you there.
I know this sounds ridiculously too good to be true. And I'm here to tell you, as living proof of these words, that it is not. Our brains are THIS POWERFULLY effective for change. Remember the grains of sand.

I've dropped a few before and after photos of myself below, and how much simply changing my thoughts has changed my entire body. I've done nothing different in terms of diet and exercise than I've ever done. In fact, I do less intense work then ever, and my body is still responding to what I intend for it to do.
