Calgary Yoga Therapy provides Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) classes, workshops and retreats. Also certified to teach Prenatal, Postnatal and Yoga Nidra.

We at Calgary Yoga Therapy are committed to helping our students release tension, find freedom from pain and create healthy movement patterns. Our teachers are certified Critical Alignment Yoga Therapists, have completed over 250 hours Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training programs, are certified to teach Yoga for Backs, Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Yoga Nidra. We've got your back!
