Scott developed his love of injury management and physiotherapy from the many sports teams on which he played and served as athletic trainer. Hi! 👋 In case you haven’t been into the clinic for a bit, here’s proud new owner, Dr. Dan Moore. The past couple of months have been a wonderful whirlwind settling in - getting to know the amazing team and all the friendly loyal patients who had been visiting the clinic for some time. How you get moving is up to you, but here are a few ideas:
- Take a hike! There are more trails than we can count within a 1-hour drive of the city.
- Try a new activity! YouTube has lots of great options, from beginner yoga classes to bodyweight exercise circuits.
- Go for a skate! Calgary has some great outdoor community skating rinks that are free to use.
