As of today Tristyn is now full time at Warrior!!! This has been a long time dream for Tristyn and the rest of the Warrior team, all the hard work has paid off to make it happen!

CALLING ALL MOMS TO BE 🤰

Our next 6 week strengthening for 2 class starts Nov 3- Dec 17th (include 1 makeup class)! This class is suitable for beginners or advanced lifters, we will meet you where you are at. The cost is $360 and is billable under physiotherapy benefits!
