✨ Meet the Instructor ✨

Say hello to the incredible Lindsey, leading our Warrior Flow & Restore class at Warrior Physiotherapy 💛

Lindsey is a Registered Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, former birth doula, and is currently studying acupuncture. She has always been fascinated by what the body is capable of and is passionate about helping people stay active through every stage of life.

Her approach blends movement, recovery, and mindfulness to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her with her family enjoying the outdoors—camping, hiking, biking, and running. Her kids are her greatest motivation.

Our first class is April 24 at 6:30pm, which is already full! 🙌 Join us for our next class May 29th at 6:30pm, book online under Sydney! Handful of spots still available!

starts April 22nd! (6 weeks | April 22-May 27 • Makeup class June 3)

This 6-week small-group class is designed to support you through pregnancy and early postpartum with equal parts education + strength training.

✨ What to expect:
• Pelvic health education led by one of our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists
• Full-body strength workouts coached by our Kinesiologist
• Education covering pelvic floor function, labour & delivery, mom + baby ergonomics, and postpartum return to exercise
• Strength training with extra focus on core, pelvic floor, and glutes

We’re excited to introduce Lactation Physiotherapy Support at Warrior—a service designed to help you feel more comfortable, supported, and confident through your feeding journey.

We can help with:
• Clogged or plugged ducts
• Breast pain or tenderness
• Engorgement
• Discomfort during or after weaning
• Mastitis (after 48 hours of antibiotics)
• Neck + back pain from feeding or nursing

Our approach includes:

We’ll start with a gentle flow—building strength and mobility—then ease into a restorative finish with supported postures and hands-on massage enhancements.

This isn’t just another fitness class. Our program is built around the key changes happening in your body during this phase of life.
