That’s why we created Warrior Renew, an in person strength program designed specifically for women in menopause.
This isn’t just another fitness class. Our program is built around the key changes happening in your body during this phase of life.

💰 $180 for the 6 week series. Billable under Physiotherapy benefits with the completion of an assessment at Warrior.
