Menopause is a major transition in a woman’s life — and how you move during this stage matters. 💪

That’s why we created Warrior Renew, an in person strength program designed specifically for women in menopause.

This isn’t just another fitness class. Our program is built around the key changes happening in your body during this phase of life.

✨ Why it matters:
• Strength training helps maintain and improve bone density, which naturally declines during menopause
• We consider the pelvic floor so you can train safely and confidently
• A structured 6-week strength program helps you progressively build real strength
• Conditioning supports metabolism and cardiovascular health
• Balance and mobility work help reduce fall risk and keep you moving well for years to come
• And just as important — you get the community of other women going through the same stage of life

You don’t have to navigate these changes alone.

Our bladders learn from our habits 👇

“Just in case” p*eing trains your bladder to signal urgency at lower and lower volumes — even when it’s not actually full. Over time this can contribute to frequency, urgency, and leaks because the bladder + pelvic floor lose their normal coordination.

A healthy pattern looks like:
• Peeing every ~5-7 ties per day (unless pregnant)
• Feeling a gradual urge, not sudden panic
• Being able to delay safely when needed

What to do instead:
✨ When you feel an early urge, pause — take a few calm breaths. Then reassess. If you still have to p*e, go!

Your pelvic floor and bladder work as a team — training one retrains the other.

This 6-week small-group class is designed to support you through pregnancy and early postpartum with equal parts education + strength training.

✨ What to expect:
• Pelvic health education led by one of our Pelvic Health Physiotherapists
• Full-body strength workouts coached by our Kinesiologist
• Education covering pelvic floor function, labour & delivery, mom + baby ergonomics, and postpartum return to exercise
• Strength training with extra focus on core, pelvic floor, and glutes
