Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body in this dynamic mat-based Pilates class—temp around 34 degrees. The heated space will help increase flexibility, promote muscle activation, and enhance detoxification through sweat.
You’ll move through a series of core-focused exercises designed to improve posture, balance, and strength. This class is challenging, however suitable for beginners and ideal for building deep core strength and stability. As always, modifications offered throughout.
