We provide an inclusive space for students to explore their own yoga with accessible sequences and continuous education. We offer a variety of classes to support each individual in their yoga journey. We offer Karma yoga classes weekly where proceeds go back into our community and support the development of mindful practices to various local organizations. YIN LEVEL 1 IMMERSION - FUNDAMENTALS OF YIN YOGA

TIMES: Fri 5:30pm-8:30pm, Sat & Sun 9am-4:30pm

This Yin Immersion with Alan Mileham focuses on developing a strong foundation with emphasis on the physical side of Yin Yoga. A strong foundation is key to any Yoga Practice. Focusing on three main benefits of Yin Yoga, the physical, mental/mindfulness and energetic with emphasis on the difference between Yang and Yin as it relates to the tissues of the body. Different types of tissue in our body require different modalities of exercise/yoga!
This session is open to everyone, no per-requisites required; you do not need to be a yoga teacher to attend.
Over the course of the 16 hour weekend, you will learn the fundamentals of a Yin Yoga practice, modifications and the sequencing of a Yin Yoga class. Alan’s goal in offering this Yin training is for you to have a better understanding of what Yin Yoga is about, and if you are a current yoga teacher, to help you succeed in guiding a safe and effective Yin Yoga class.

I remember the first time I attended a yin yoga class…it was awful. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. The class actually made me angry. 😂

It was a time in my life where everything was go-go-go. I was travelling often with work and the corporate hustle mentality ran deep within my veins.

The mere thought of sitting still, let alone ‘quieting the mind’ and holding poses in stillness for a 75 or 90 minute class, was downright terrifying.

It so much easier to push through the grind than it is to self reflect and actually deal with what’s no longer serving you.

I’ve come a long way since that first yin yoga class. I’ve realized that as much as I crave stimulation, stillness is just as beneficial - if not more some days.

2 years ago, I decided to deepen my knowledge of this once dreaded practice - and now I teach it! In a Bernie Clark style class, each posture focuses on a target area in the body. (Thanks so much Alan Mileham!)

There are 3 principles of yin yoga:
- To go to the point where you first create a dull sensation in the target area.
- To hold the posture in stillness
- To maintain that stillness (body and mind) for 3-5 minutes

When you learn to slow down and become the observer of your thoughts, rather than the thoughts themselves, that’s where the magic starts to happen. ✌️🤍

Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body in this dynamic mat-based Pilates class—temp around 34 degrees. The heated space will help increase flexibility, promote muscle activation, and enhance detoxification through sweat.

You’ll move through a series of core-focused exercises designed to improve posture, balance, and strength. This class is challenging, however suitable for beginners and ideal for building deep core strength and stability. As always, modifications offered throughout.

We are beyond excited to be announcing our yoga retreat abroad... in Sicily. We have worked hard to bring a specially curated retreat that will be sure to enchant and amaze you.

SEPTEMBER 22nd - 29th, 2026

This will not be your average yoga retreat. We will practice yoga once or twice daily and you will be introduced to local artisans, restaurant owners, have private tours, and be immersed in Italian life in idyllic conditions. The excursions we have planned take you places you would never find on your own and you will feel welcomed into Italian culture in a beautiful way.

Brandi Wilson will be leading the retreat and providing exceptional yoga classes to both strengthen and expand. Julia and Ciccio (both residents of Siracusa) have put together some phenomenal excursions that only locals would know and will be your local, hometown guides.

Our home away from home will be at Borgo Vita Novella featuring beautiful stone, an outdoor swimming pool, amazing food, and optional spa treatments for those that wish. There are single or shared (double) accommodations available. All rooms have their own bathroom.

We have some amazing authentic excursions planned including:

Noto (a UNESCO world heritage site)

Vendacari Beach, a pristine nature reserve

Claudio and Rosella’s farmhouse

A catamaran adventure

Winery tour and tasting

Siracusa with Julia and Ciccio (the hometown tour)

Beautiful dinners with local fare

This encounter of Sicily will be one you won't find anywhere else and will allow you to know yourself better while immersing your senses in all things Italian.
