As part of the new Peer Friendship Program, SASS is hosting its first bowling event March 16 at Chinook Bowling. Bowling starts at 4:30pm and includes two games each

Participants between the ages of 16-24 are invited to attend and participate in a fun socially inclusive environment.

Tickets for this event can be found at:

Teens and young adults (with no personal care needs), who are between 16-24, living with a developmental disability bowl together in a socially inclusive environment.

SASS would like to take a moment to mention the good work the folks at the Calgary Fetal Alcohol Network (CFAN) do.

CFAN offers supports for those living with FASD, educates the public with the intention to mitigate the shame associated with FASD for both the individual and mothers.

CFAN also offers the most up to date training for those working with individuals living with or suspected of living with FASD .
