The holiday hustle and bustle has settled, and getting ready to return to work when I noticed myself feeling a little overwhelmed and overstimulated by the energy of the past few days. So I took a moment just for me — I went into my Zen room, put on some calming spa music, and offered myself a Reiki session.
I hadn’t realized how much energy from others I’d been carrying. After my treatment, my mind felt calmer, my spirit felt lighter, and I could finally breathe again.
