🌍💚 This week at Cuddle Cove Dayhome, we celebrated Earth Day with lots of fun hands-on activities! Today, April 22nd, is Earth Day, and the children had an amazing time learning and creating together.
Our older children (ages 4–6) learned about caring for our planet and why Earth is so special. Our younger little learners (ages 2–3) enjoyed identifying the Earth and exploring colors and shapes.
We had so much fun with a colorful science activity using baking soda, vinegar, and food coloring—watching it fizz and bubble was exciting for everyone! We also made adorable turtle crafts using paper plates and blue/green paper, and created Earth art using Q-tips painting.
We also did plant seeding using soil and seeds, giving the children a chance to learn how plants grow and how we can help take care of nature. 🌱
It was a wonderful day full of learning, creativity, and smiles as we celebrated our beautiful planet together. 🌎✨
