近排好開心見到越來越多朋友嚟上堂,同時都收到好多 inbox 問我:

其實而家我都有開唔同類型嘅課堂,包括:
🟣 Yoga Flow & Deep Stretching(流動+深層伸展)
🟣 Yin Yoga(超放鬆、拉筋+靜心)
🟣 Mat Pilates(地上核心+姿勢訓練)
🟣 Reformer Pilates(儀器阻力訓練,針對強化同矯正)
🟣 Inside Flow(跟音樂跳出嚟嘅 Flow Yoga 🎶)
好簡單咁講:
✳️ Yoga 比較多係呼吸、伸展、身心連結,適合想放鬆、舒緩緊繃、減壓嘅你。
✳️ Pilates 就偏向核心力量、穩定同姿勢矯正,適合想保護腰背、改善體態、增強肌力嘅你。

Right now, I’m offering a variety of classes, including:

In simple terms:
✳️ Yoga focuses more on breath, stretching, and mind–body connection – great if you want to relax, release tightness, and de-stress.
✳️ Pilates focuses more on core strength, stability, and posture – perfect if you want to protect your back, improve alignment, and build functional strength.
