I am so excited for this upcoming event!!

💜 Upcoming event! Perinatal Professionals Networking Event: for health professionals and local business owners working with Moms + Babies.

💜 If you are a health professional or local business owner working in the area of Perinatal, including supporting folks from pregnancy to postpartum and life with baby — this event is for you!

💜 There will be Doulas, Midwives, IBCLCs, perinatal-focused Chiropractors, pelvic floor Physios, naturopaths, psychologists, and tons of other amazing people and businesses working in the perinatal field.

💜 Come out and build community, introduce yourself to new colleagues and re-connect with old friends!

💜 The event is on Friday, October 20th, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Tickets are limited and required for entry.

The NEXT // Cook + Connect volunteer cooking event for has been set for Sunday January 29th at 10am.

This is a great opportunity to meet some local health practitioners, local business owners and just amazing folks! If you are a bit shy to go out and meet people, this is such a wonderful, easy, fun way to do it. (And it is definitely a win-win!!). The meals that we will be preparing will be freezer meals to be donated in the weeks ahead to local yyc moms + families in need. Come join me as we support an amazing cause!!

T H A N K ✨ Y O U /// for an incredible 2022!! I wish you + your family an abundance of joy, happiness, growth, fun + new adventures for 2023!

I am not huge for “new years resolutions” - because of the negative energy around needing to “fix” something —- but every year around November/December, I start to think about my intentions for the upcoming year ahead. This also includes what I would like to ADD (things that make my heart happy, fill my soul cup, serve my community +/or help me learn and grow) and what I would like to SUBTRACT ( things that bring negativity, waste time, depreciate my quality of life, are unhealthy or aren’t serving my life or that of my family, friends or my community), what could help me MULTIPLY my goals and dreams for the year ahead.

For 2023, my personal intentions are to add more PLAY! More fun at work, in my personal life, in my day to day activities, adding more time with friends, new experiences, laughter, travel, creativity and discovery.

My second intention is to continue to regular provide SERVICE to my family, friends, my practice + my community.

The third intention is for continued learning + growth.

Thank you for sharing a little glimpse of your lives, businesses and world’s with me over the past year. Continue to shine your light brightly! You may not be aware of all of the positivity, kindness, growth, friendship and love you shine into my life and the lives of all those around you — but you do! And I appreciate you ❤️

Cheers to a year filled with more happiness, joy, growth, purpose, kindness, service + PLAY!! 🥰
