On the last Wednesday of every month, we gather to celebrate the birthdays of our alumni who marked another trip around the sun that month. It is a chance to reconnect, share some laughs, and recognize the growth, strength, and wisdom that comes with each new year.

Recovery can start sooner than you think.

Our Day Program offers structured addiction treatment without the need to wait for residential placement. Participants receive professional support and evidence-based care while continuing to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities.

With counselling, psychological assessments, and education around trauma, stress, emotional regulation, and relapse prevention, this program provides the tools needed to begin building a healthier future.

We want to extend our sincere thanks for the generous ticket donation that made it possible for our staff and some of our Phase 3 residents to attend an event with Dr. Gabor Maté.

The opportunity to hear Dr. Maté speak was both meaningful and inspiring. Experiences like this deepen understanding, strengthen recovery, and remind us of the importance of compassion, healing, and connection.
