Happy Administrative Professionals Day to the team at Castleridge!

The Castleridge team is amazing. They work tirelessly to support our patients and a busy group of clinicians. Always greeting everyone with a smile and taking a problem-solving approach to their teams.

We are so fortunate to have such a competent, friendly and team-centered admin group. They truly are the backbone of the clinic and we would mightily struggle without their expertise. Thanks team for all you do, we applaud your efforts!!

🌟Staff Member Spotlight🌟

We would like to welcome our new Chiropractor, Dr. Preet S. Jaswal to the team.

Dr. Preet S. Jaswal was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. In 2018 he graduated with a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Calgary. Following the completion, he moved to the Bay Area in California and attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2021. During his time at Palmer West, he was a member of various clubs including the well-known Sports Council. Academically he also consistently remained on the Dean's List while pursuing other continuing education within the field.

During his time at Palmer, he got to work on a wide demographic of patients, from athletes of colleges such as Stanford, to employees at Apple, Google, and Tesla. Dr. Jaswal specializes in Diversified, Flexion Distraction, Graston, and Activator techniques with the implementation of soft tissue therapy and rehab. Ultimately, his passion for fitness pushed him to choose Chiropractic, as he saw the benefits of optimizing an individual's health and keeping them pain free. His ultimate goal is to educate the patient and improve their quality of life long term.

For Dr. Jaswal, joining the team at Castleridge was a no-brainer, as it gave him an opportunity to give back to the community, he grew up in. Outside of the clinic you can find Dr. Jaswal spending time with family and friends. He also loves being active, as he has played ice hockey since the age of 10 and continues to do so.
