Reiki has been an integral part of my healing journey ❤❤

Tbh, becoming a Reiki Master was probably one of the best acts of self-love that I've ever done for myself.

I learned how to heal myself on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. It taught me to be self-aware and how to lovingly work with my shadow self.

Before learning Reiki I felt stressed the majority of the time. I was lost and confused, without a sense of purpose.

I had a VICTIM mentality.....

Now I understand that life happens through me and for me. I am a co-creator in all of my experiences and I can look at this from a loving place.

Reiki has helped me to realize my purpose and squash the feeling of being stuck. It has allowed me to regain my self-love and my confidence.

It has taught me to find joy in every circumstance and that there is something to be grateful for even in the worst situations.

I have learned that my power comes from within. It is the way I choose to view the world. It is speaking my truth and showing up as my authentic self.

And I promise, YOU are POWERFUL too. YOU are WORTHY. YOU can CHANGE your life 🥰🎉✨
