2 more days till I am back in action and I am so excited to see you all!

Some new things coming up for 2026!

💆‍♀️ I am now increasing my massage hours to work Tuesday-Friday with some Saturdays. If you haven’t had a massage with me, I’ve been a massage therapist for almost 20 years. I do a lot of deep tissue work and incorporate cupping, graston, and soon: RAPID Release techniques.

🏃 Run Coaching: as of February 15th I’ll be starting up my individual and small group Running programs.

🍎 Nutrition series: TBA- just putting the final pieces together for our first 6 week Nutrition session.

💪 Pilates- while Pilates isn’t new, we have some new props coming in this month to help keep our classes fresh and maybe a little 🌶️

Our schedule is completely updated to reflect all the classes. is on the schedule for MONDAYS and we are so excited to have her in the studio.

Jaime has opened up all of her massage and pedicure availability for the month of January with availability Tuesdays-Saturday’s.

We have some new workshops and services coming later this month and we can’t wait to share them with you .

Dear Wildlings,

Tonight is our last night classes of 2025 and I just wanted to send out a huge thank you to everyone who’s been with us on this journey.

Whether you’ve made it to class, a massage or have been cheering for us on social media, we are grateful for each and every one of you!

Every year in this weird time between Christmas and New Years, I really enjoy reflecting on the year and setting myself up for the next. And no matter what goals, intentions, resolutions I make or habits I break, I like to sum up the year into one word or one sentence.

2025: my words were to BE BRAVE.

I had realized that I had been missing certain parts of myself that had got broken between 2020-2021. I missed the part of myself who saw opportunity and went after it, often talking myself out of things just as fast I was talking myself into them.

So for 2025, I wanted to Be Brave. To lead with possibility of moving forward before looking for all the reasons why I should walk away.

Did I finish all the things on my list for this year ? Negative.

Did I have one of the best years of my life? Absolutely! Ending up down some paths I hadn’t anticipated with a few plot twists along the way.

I said yes to a 6 week trip through the states with 3 kids 3 and under and it was amazing.

I said yes to a lease on Mainstreet that is now Wild Summit Co and this community has been amazing.

I got other people to say yes to the 1000 Mile Event, hosting a race had been on my bucket list and it was a pretty rad day.

On January 2nd I am hosting a Meditation and Intention Setting Workshop. Where I will walk you through my intention setting ways and discover your WORD or PHRASE for 2026 and then take time to make your Vision Board.

I’d love to see you there :)

to shorts weather! ☀️

The last 4 months since our grand opening have been a whirlwind of WILD fun! Yoga, Pilates, massages, strength classes, Kids camps, art classes, run club, races, workshops, Christmas boxes, Gala and MORE.

We packed so much fun into the last 4 months that we are taking a BREAK over the holiday season to prepare for Jan-April with delayed start for classes in January while we take some time RESET.

❄️ We have some new services coming, class times, offerings and workshops in the new year that we can’t wait to share with you

Until then- Kaja still has appointments available next week and we still have classes on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with .fitness
