Jaime is a 2200hr RMT Massage therapist with knowledge in Relaxation, Therapeutic, and Prenatal. 200hr Yoga certification as well as international certified in Esthetics.

Last year I had the absolute honour to teach Root&Rise yoga on Sunday morning at the .

I am overjoyed to be back again on Saturday morning this year AND to be hosting a Massage space in the Healers Village.

Individual and Soul Sister Massages available from 9-9 on Friday & Saturday, and 9-2 on Sunday.

All massages performed by RMT and receipts are claimable.

Happy Friday Wildlings!

The time has come to update our booking system and website :) Have NO FEAR our April pass and schedule will be available soon, we are just finishing some things up on our end.

Next week is hosting her Spring Break Camp at the studio so our regular programming is stalled until after Easter.
fitness has her Monday night class still on the schedule and is hosting her Full Moon Circle on the Thursday Night.

Keep an eye here for updates and you will get a Welcome Email from us for access to the new booking portal for classes starting on April 7th.

In a world of AI pictures I thought I would throw in a

We are almost halfway through our 28 days of movement and our challengers are crushing it. It’s not about doing the same thing every day. It’s not one modality/movement choice being better than the other. It’s moving your body in ways that make you feel good ….or will make you feel good later 😉

One thing I have definitely had to let go of being in my current stage of life with 3 kids 4 and under is trying to stick to any specific plan or routine. Some nights are better than others which can derail a workout plan faster than I can blink.
These last 7-8 months have been a roller coaster of finding what works and in all honesty:

Setting the bar real low at DID I MOVE TODAY? is working for me. Some weeks that’s all yoga for my brain and body and a couple Pilates classes and a walk. Some weeks it’s 3 runs, 1 weight training session and 2 pilates and 2 yoga sessions. Sometimes it’s alone. Sometimes with a friend. Sometimes it’s lying on the floor watching a movie with my kids while I stretch out the hip that won’t ever let go.

I hope you take time to MOVE today, this weekend, next week 🖤
