Hey Wildlings!

We’ve had quite a few NEW people join our social media pages and our February Pass!

My name is Jaime! My husband and I moved to Calmar almost 11 years ago, we have 3 children, and love being outdoors when the ❄️ air isn’t trying to kill us.

I’ve been a massage therapist for 20 years this year, an esthetician for 17 years and a yoga instructor for 12.

I fell in love with Yoga when I was working through a shoulder injury in 2010 and instantly fell in love. I knew from my first class that I would be a teacher one day. In 2022, in a desperate attempt to get my mental health under control i spent 3.5 weeks in guatamala completing my 500hr training and it was exactly what my heart needed.

I first started teaching Pilates when I was just 17 and admittedly didn’t love it, nor connect with it in the same way I would later yoga. But after having my son and wanting to get back to running confidently, I stepped back into the Pilates world and have been obsessed with it since. I did an upgrading course back in 2023 but still felt like I needed more. Over the last 4 months I’ve competed levels 1,2,3 of Balanced Body Pilates and really loved it.

Building a community where people can move their bodies with joy is really the best thing. If you are new here, WELCOME!

Included in the pass is the GO FLOW YOURSELF workshop on February 20th. A 2 hour back to basics event where we will break down popular yoga and Pilates moves, move with curiosity and ask questions.

Well…. I’m actually Early :)

February Pass and schedule is LIVE!

Classes are the same as January however the week of February 8-14 is reduced as Jaime is away.

Feb 20- no class for PD day in the morning but we do have our first GO FLOW YOURSELF workshop. Explore, ask questions and move through yoga and Pilates postures and see what works with your body.

Let be honest… January did not start on the right foot for any of our instructors… except Sandra who got to enjoy a 🌞 destination, BUT! The 10 darkest weeks of the winter are complete, and hopefully all the flu 🐞 are done too.

A whole new month is just around the corner with a very similar schedule coming

On January 2nd I held an Intention Setting and Vision Board workshop where we talked about goals in a variety of areas of our life for 2026. One thing that I really tried to adopt in 2025 was this mentality of Floor and Ceilings goals.

Floor: what’s the bare minimum I’d be happy with or feel would be enough.

Ceiling: If all the stars aligned, I hit no red lights, my kids slept through the night, the weather cooperated. What would i do ?

And then generally fall somewhere in between.

I do this for running.
I do this for cleaning my house.
I do this for small things and big things.

It’s taken away guilt if I didn’t get everything done or hit the distance I had planned but ran out of time.

And as someone who generally thinks things will be easier than they turn out to be /won’t take as much time as it does /or that after my kids go to bed I’ll be able to get that thing done - it has taken away some shame when things have fallen short of my too lofty plans.

Alternatively, I’ve also had days where I’ve said the floor is enough, and went beyond. Tidy up the kitchen became a full deep clean, a 3K run turned into more, a small walk with my kids turned into hours outside.

This week my FLOOR GOAL was to have 8-10 massage clients. My CEILING GOAL was to have a full schedule of 15. And! We did it 🖤

With 1 week left of January, do you have any FLOOR or CEILING goals or intentions?

My FLOOR: Finish one of the 3 books I’ve started reading. Get 2 runs in. Complete 6 massages. Get outside with my kids. And complete 1 of the Winter crafts.

My CEILING: Finish 1 book. 3 runs, 1 being outside with my husband. Get outside with my kids on ALL the warm days. 10 massages. 1 of our Winter Crafts. 🧺 GET ALL THE LAUNDRY IN MY HOUSE CLEAN, FOLDED and PUT AWAY. (My nemesis)
