Jaime is a 2200hr RMT Massage therapist with knowledge in Relaxation, Therapeutic, and Prenatal. 200hr Yoga certification as well as international certified in Esthetics.

In a world of AI pictures I thought I would throw in a

We are almost halfway through our 28 days of movement and our challengers are crushing it. It’s not about doing the same thing every day. It’s not one modality/movement choice being better than the other. It’s moving your body in ways that make you feel good ….or will make you feel good later 😉

One thing I have definitely had to let go of being in my current stage of life with 3 kids 4 and under is trying to stick to any specific plan or routine. Some nights are better than others which can derail a workout plan faster than I can blink.
These last 7-8 months have been a roller coaster of finding what works and in all honesty:

Setting the bar real low at DID I MOVE TODAY? is working for me. Some weeks that’s all yoga for my brain and body and a couple Pilates classes and a walk. Some weeks it’s 3 runs, 1 weight training session and 2 pilates and 2 yoga sessions. Sometimes it’s alone. Sometimes with a friend. Sometimes it’s lying on the floor watching a movie with my kids while I stretch out the hip that won’t ever let go.

Not only are the Mommas crushing the 28 Day Challenge, they are TEACHING as well.

Please give Britney and Joslyn the warmest welcome when you are in their classes.

Joslyn has been teaching Kids yoga for quite some time, but has branched back into teaching (13+) Yin on Sunday Nights.

Britney is brand new and just completed her Practical last week and is on THURSDAY mornings at 9:30 for a 45 min Pilates class.

We are so happy to have them on our schedule and joining us for this challenge.

Join us for our FIRST 28 Day challenge to promote routine, movement and community.

Rules: Do 1 class/movement activity a day.
You can double up your classes 1x a week to make up for any missed classes.
You can do an at home or outside 45 min workout to make up for any days where classes don’t work for your schedule.

This starts on March 1st and ends of March 28th with a Post-Challenge Party with snacks supplied by IS Good.
Includes a unique Tank Top for the all Challengers from Shay Revay Designs.

Pass cost: $90

Austin Marathon was a blast! Don’t mind my shaking video, my skill at running and filming is very low hah.

The energy of this event was so amazing and now that my legs feel so much better! I wanna know what races you wanna do this year?!
