Each month, our members volunteer at Trillium United Church, helping to keep the sanctuary sparkling and the nursery toys clean. It’s a wonderful way to build community connections while gaining valuable life and work skills - and we always leave with full hearts. 💛

Today, on World Values Day, our members put compassion into action. 💛

We delivered all the generous donations from our food drive to the Cambridge Food Bank and spent the morning helping sort food for families in our community.

It’s days like these that remind us that kindness, teamwork, and giving back are more than just values, they’re things we live every day at Adults in Motion.

All four of our Adults in Motion locations came together to watch an incredible agility show from Diamonds in the Ruff - and wow, did they impress!

The energy, the tricks, and the wagging tails had everyone smiling from start to finish. Huge thanks to Diamonds in the Ruff for sharing such a fun, heartwarming experience with us! 💙

Bus ride + spooky spirit = the perfect fall adventure! 🚌🎃

Today our crew mapped out a GRT bus route and set off for a trip to Spirit Halloween - because why not add a little frightful fun to transit training? 👻 Along the way, we learned the cost of bus fare, the importance of exact change, and gained confidence navigating public transit. Real-world skills, lots of laughs, and maybe a few costume ideas too!
