This past Saturday, our amazing Chef Jeff and his team, executed the most delicious gourmet wine pairing event with a four course meal. To start, we were served a goat cheese and pancetta creme brulee served with toast. Next, a pomegranate and pear salad with a honey lime vinaigrette, followed by a roasted rack of elk served with shiitake mushroom risotto and a black garlic demi glase. To finish, we were served a poached pear with in house made London fog ice-cream and port reduction. The meal was excellently paired with various wines that complimented each course.
