Most of might not know that I'm a Cheesemaker's daughter (and yes I changed that all familiar song to match LOL). When we were at Pine Grove Cheese factory there were apartments above it.

In one of the apartments lived our beloved Aunt Mary & Uncle Bill a Scottish couple who we loved. They weren't actually blood but considered family none the less.

Mom & I loved going over there for Tea time with Aunt Mary. She had the best shortbread cookies... so delicious!

When Uncle Bill was on his deathbed (sadly diagnosed with Cancer and chose to die at home) I got to go over to say one last good bye. That last conversation is ingrained into my brain. He said, "Always reach for your dreams". It was a conversation that imprinted on my so much and encouraged me to do just that.

So I widdled up this certificate for my Etsy shope...its a simple, powerful reminder to go for it, to believe in what you’re capable of, and to give yourself (or someone you love) the permission to dream boldly.

Happy December! I’ve just returned from a beautiful holiday with my husband and my dad — sunshine, ocean air, and the rare gift of simply slowing down. It was exactly what my body and spirit needed, and I’m coming back feeling refreshed, grounded, and grateful.

Numerology for this year is a 9 which is completion.
Next year is a 1... a fresh start with new beginnings it's theme.

As we close the Snake year and prepare to step into the Fire Horse, it is essential to understand the shift in energy we are walking through.

The Snake taught us to shed, soften, release, and see ourselves with new honesty.
The Horse asks us to rise, clarify, focus, and move with both freedom and direction.

These are not opposing forces. They complete one another.
The Snake clears the old skin.
The Horse carries the new version of you forward.

Use these energies intentionally.
Honour what you’ve learned.
Clarify where you’re going next.
And let this transition guide you into a more aligned, empowered, and heart-led 2026.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about Mel Robbins’ “Let Them Theory.”  If you haven't heard of it, it's a great concept; a simple idea that carries real freedom: If people choose differently, don’t understand you, or drift away — let them.

Make it a great one!

Open the

Close eyes, focus on the point between your eyebrows.

deeply (inhale 4 counts, exhale 6).

Visualize an light glowing at your forehead, expanding with each breath.

Chant "OM" for 3-5 minutes. it bouncing 2 inches deep mid brain towards the forehead flesh.



Repeat 5-10 times: “I trust my intuition,” “My mind is clear and focused,” or “I see truth with ease.” Say them aloud or silently while visualizing indigo light.

Bonus points if you rest in resting child for a minute or two beforehand. Get even more comfortable by placing a folded blanket under knees & ankles for support. Use your hands like a pillow.
