With Wildness, an organism gains internal clarity, thereby presenting a consistent face or purpose to which other organisms can adapt. To be wild, there should be a level of honesty and directness, of spontaneity and instinctiveness. Organisms cannot properly participate in Wildness until they reach a level of internal quality or clarity where they have direct and honest touch with their base information and motivations. There is a difference between wildness and wilderness. Wildness is the force or quality of interaction, while wilderness is a place where wildness flourishes and has most influence, but wildness doesn't need to occur in wilderness. By organism, I refer to the human kind. (Lawrence J.Cookson, A definition for Wildness. Ecopsychology 2011; 187-191)

Wildness concept is a path, a way of living that keeps me true to myself and my beliefs. Wildness is a way of life and I invite you to explore it with me.

Sometimes, you just have to pause. 🌿

In the midst of our busy lives, we forget that growth doesn’t always come from doingβ€”it often blooms in the stillness.

This photo was taken during one of those moments where I let everything else fall away and simply sat. Among old trees, with nothing but the sound of leaves and birds (...and mosquitosπŸ˜…) I was reminded that pausing isn’t the absence of progressβ€”it’s part of it.

In my work, I hold space for others to do just that. To breathe. To listen inwardly. To reconnect with what truly matters. Whether through Traditional Thai Massage inspired bodywork, Reflexology, Cupping therapy or Gua Sha facial, I guide clients back to themselvesβ€”one quiet moment at a time.

So if today feels noisy or rushed, consider this your gentle nudge to pause. The forest taught me: wisdom waits in the silence.

Now you know why I start your treatment with a foot soak πŸ˜‰ (plus, I get to work with clean feet!)

Now you know why I start your treatment with a foot soak πŸ˜‰ (plus, I get to work with clean feet!)

Sometimes, the best way to relax after a long day is with a soothing foot soak. Soaking your feet in warm water with magnesium-rich Epsom salts not only calms the nervous system but also helps reduce tension stored in your body. This simple ritual can promote better sleep, relieve stress, and rejuvenate tired feet.

Taking care of your feet is an essential part of self-care, offering a moment of relaxation and balance in your day. It’s an easy practice to add to your routine, providing lasting benefits for both body and mind.

How do you unwind and practice self-care? Share your foot care tips with us! πŸŒΏπŸ’†β€β™€οΈβœ¨
