After moving to Campbell River 12 years ago, and retiring from nursing, I realized I still needed to give back to the community.

I have worked, and enjoyed my life around the elderly, finding that it does not take a lot, to make them happy.

Working withe the elderly, is rewarding.
When it is obvious, they feel quite comfortable with you, and the trust is there, this is a job well done.

Elderly like to feel needed, and respected, this gives them the ability to be empowered.

Looking after the Elderly and House Bound is rewarding, and appreciated from the Elderly.
This gives them some esteem, enabling them to look forward to our next visit.
During this time, dealing with Covid 19, I have been helping the elderly with their shopping. This helped remove any anxiety, and stress to enable them to feel confident, that all is well. Starting Charcare in 2012, the jjob has taken me to as far away as Ontario, to nurse a client for 4 months, and arrange for help when I would leave him. This client was nursed for 24/7, eventually getting him in to hospital, for serous surgery , which he recovered from. This result was again rewarding, making the job a success. On this page just a couple of clients who had our care....... The gentleman, was from Ontario. Clients say thank you to us, I consider this a job well done. If we want job satisfaction this is the place to be.
