We’re introducing a new weekly way to slow down and reset - Candlelit Warm Slow Flow Yoga, every Friday at 7:00pm (aside from the one monthly Sound Bath in this time slot).

If your week has felt busy, loud, or a little overwhelming, this class is your permission to pause and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive space.

What this class is all about:
Slow, intentional movement combined with gentle studio warmth to help the body relax, release tension, and move more freely. You’ll flow through mindful transitions and longer-held poses designed to support mobility, stress relief, and recovery after a full week.

This isn’t about pushing harder - it’s about moving with intention and giving your body what it actually needs.

Why it matters:
• Helps reduce stress and calm the nervous system
• Supports flexibility and joint mobility
• Encourages better recovery from strength and spin classes

If you’ve ever been on the waitlist hoping for a last-minute spot… this one’s for you.

We’ve enabled Fastest Fingers in Momence for any spot that opens within 90 minutes of class start time. It keeps the waitlist moving while making sure no one gets surprised by a last-minute booking.

Here’s how it works:

📱 The Text
If a spot opens within 90 minutes of class, everyone still on the waitlist gets a text notification.

⚡️ The Claim
The first person to respond and confirm gets the spot.

✔️ The Benefit
This keeps the waitlist active right up until class time without automatically booking someone who may no longer be able to make it.

❕Important to know
• You must respond to the text to claim the spot.
• If you don’t respond, the spot is not secured.

Ever feel like stretching almost gets the job done… but there’s still that stubborn tension hanging around in your hips, back, or shoulders?

That’s where Roll + Release comes in.

This class blends targeted myofascial release with Yin-inspired poses using specialized therapy balls to apply gentle, sustained pressure to the body’s connective tissue (fascia). In simpler terms: we help your body let go of built-up tension so it can move the way it was designed to.

Why it matters:
• Releases tight fascia that can limit mobility and range of motion
• Supports faster recovery between workouts
• Helps prevent injury by restoring balanced movement patterns
• Relieves the physical stress that builds up from daily life and desk posture

What the practice looks like:

MOVE TO THE FRONT: We’re Looking for Spin Trainees! ⚡️

Our spin room has been buzzing lately, and we’re ready to grow the pack. We are looking for 1–2 dedicated individuals to join our Spin Instructor Training program and help lead the charge from the podium.

Being a Session instructor isn’t just about riding a bike; it’s about community, rhythm, and having the kind of energy that makes a 6am class feel like a front-row concert.

Are You Our Next Instructor?

We aren’t just looking for “fitness people” - we are looking for Session regulars. To be considered for this intake, you must:

• Be a Consistent Rider: This is non-negotiable. You need to have a deep feel for our specific energy, language, choreography, and track profiles. These are nuances that at-home workouts or other classes simply don’t capture.

• Find the Rhythm: You have a natural ability to stay on beat and move with the music every single time.

• Lead the Pack: You possess a fitness level that allows you to talk, coach, and ride through a high-intensity session without missing a beat.

The Training Roadmap

Becoming a great instructor is a craft, and we want to set you up for success.

• Phase 1: Online Certification. The next session kicks off March 17th and runs every Tuesday evening for 6 weeks.

• Phase 2: Studio Mentorship. Once your certification is complete, you’ll begin hands-on mentoring with our team to refine your style.

• The Commitment: This is a significant investment of time, best suited for someone ready to completely immerse themselves for the next 3–4 months.
