FRIDAY NIGHTS JUST GOT A LITTLE SOFTER ✨
We’re introducing a new weekly way to slow down and reset - Candlelit Warm Slow Flow Yoga, every Friday at 7:00pm (aside from the one monthly Sound Bath in this time slot).
If your week has felt busy, loud, or a little overwhelming, this class is your permission to pause and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive space.
What this class is all about:
Slow, intentional movement combined with gentle studio warmth to help the body relax, release tension, and move more freely. You’ll flow through mindful transitions and longer-held poses designed to support mobility, stress relief, and recovery after a full week.
This isn’t about pushing harder - it’s about moving with intention and giving your body what it actually needs.
Why it matters:
• Helps reduce stress and calm the nervous system
• Supports flexibility and joint mobility
• Encourages better recovery from strength and spin classes
• Creates space to slow down mentally and physically
All levels welcome.
