We offer Reiki sessions, holistic tools, and spiritual guidance to help you reconnect with your true self. Higher Self Holistics is a heart-centered holistic wellness practice founded by Kassandra, a Reiki Master Teacher versed in both Usui and Karuna Reiki® systems, with over 15 years of experience in energy healing. Our mission is to hold space for transformation, guiding you toward peace, clarity, and profound energetic renewal. We provide support for individuals on their journey towards balance and harmony through personalized healing experiences and wellness programs. Our Offerings Include:

◆ Reiki-Infused Products: Handcrafted candles, wax melts, sprays, and intention tools — each charged with Reiki energy and intention to support chakra alignment and energetic renewal. Every creation is made mindfully in small batches to preserve its energetic integrity.

◆ Personalized Reiki Sessions: In-person or virtual sessions that blend Reiki, crystal healing, and intuitive guidance to meet your unique energetic needs.

◆ Reiki Training Courses: In-person and online Level I, Level II, Level III, Teacher, and Karuna classes designed to empower you to heal yourself and others, deepen your spiritual connection, and cultivate confidence in your Reiki practice.

◆ Align & Awaken 8-Week Program: A transformative journey of self-discovery and energetic realignment designed to help you release what no longer serves you and step fully into your authentic power. True wellness is holistic, nurturing not just the body, but also the soul.

Catch us one last time at the Misfits & Mistletoe Bazaar on December 14th.
This will be our final market in the Cariboo before our move.

You can use it in person in 100 Mile House until December 22nd.

After December 22nd, it can still be redeemed for:
