Before heading into a shift focused on caring for others, our power pushers team member is putting in 85 push-ups for mental health.

Research shows that helping others, whether through volunteering or working in service roles, supports our own wellbeing.

In professions like healthcare, or any helping role, taking care of yourself is not optional. It is essential. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
