**Essential Balance by Maria – Christmas Barbie Dreamhouse Giveaway 2025**

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
• Entrants must be a resident of Camrose, Camrose County, or Flagstaff County, Alberta.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to submit a nomination.
• Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Essential Balance by Maria are not eligible.
2. How to Enter
• Nominations must be submitted privately via Facebook Messenger to the Essential Balance by Maria Facebook business page.
• Each person may submit one nomination.
• Nominations must include:
• Name of the family being nominated
• Reason for nomination.
• Confirmation that they live in Camrose, Camrose County, or Flagstaff County.
3. Giveaway Period
• Entries will be accepted from the date the giveaway post is published until December 13/2025.
• Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered. (Unless an extension on submissions has been posted.)
4. Prize
• One (1) Barbie Dreamhouse will be gifted to the selected family.
• Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted.
5. Recipient Selection
• The recipient family will be chosen based on the nomination story and its alignment with the giveaway’s goal of supporting a deserving family at Christmas.
• The recipient will be selected solely by Essential Balance by Maria.
• Odds of being chosen depend on the number and nature of eligible nominations received.
• The nominating person will be contacted privately. If the nominated family cannot be reached within 72 hours, an alternate recipient may be chosen.
6. Publicity
• By participating, entrants agree that Essential Balance by Maria may share a brief announcement that a recipient has been selected.
• No photos, personal or identifying information will be shared publicly.
7. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree that Essential Balance by Maria is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, or misdirected nominations.
• Technical issues with Facebook.
• Any injury, loss, or damage that may occur related to the prize.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Meta. Participants release Facebook/Meta from any responsibility related to this promotion.
8. Privacy
All nomination information will remain confidential, used only for selecting a recipient, and will not be sold, shared, or distributed.
9. General Conditions
• Essential Balance by Maria reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control affects the integrity of the promotion.
• Giveaway is subject to all applicable local laws.
