We are pleased to share that Erika Wilcox, our Registered Provisional Psychologist, currently has openings and is accepting new patients at Central Physiotherapy & Massage.
Erika holds a Master’s degree from Yorkville University and has over five years of clinical counselling experience, including work in a hospital outpatient setting. She supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, personality disorders, psychosis, PTSD, grief, and relationship challenges.
Erika uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Person-Centered Therapy
She is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, recognizing that seeking help can feel overwhelming. Erika believes in individualized care, developing treatment plans that reflect each client’s personal experiences, goals, and strengths.

We are pleased to welcome Sierra as our new massage therapist. She will begin accepting patients on January 5th, with availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Sierra discovered her passion for massage therapy in 2018, shaped by her extensive background in sports and personal experience with injuries. This journey led to a profound understanding of the significance of recovery, rehabilitation, and self-care. Consequently, Sierra pursued a career in massage therapy and graduated from the Academy of Clinical Massage Therapy (ACMT) in 2022.

With a steadfast commitment to health and wellness, Sierra is dedicated to assisting clients in reaching their individual goals. Her expertise encompasses addressing everyday aches and pains, chronic conditions, injuries, and enhancing athletic performance while supporting overall well-being.

Sierra specializes in a combination of relaxation and deep tissue massage, delivering personalized therapeutic treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her approach is characterized by intention, care, and a focus on achieving long-term results.
