Excited to announce that Friday, February 13th, is the FIRST of my monthly “pay what you can” days!!

Limited spots available so book while you can!

Healing should be accessible, not exclusive.

Once a month, I’m opening a limited number of Pay-What-You-Can Reiki sessions for those who may not be able to afford my regular rates at this time.

A small minimum ($10 for 30 minutes and $25 for 60) is in place to honour the exchange of energy, time, and care. Those who are able to pay more help support this offering and keep it sustainable.

Spots are limited. Advance booking and payment required.

I’m always continuing my education and training in holistic body work.

I’m excited to share that I’ve recently completed foundational training in lymphatic drainage techniques and am now offering this gentle, supportive massage.

This work focuses on supporting circulation, reducing inflammation, and helping the body restore balance.

If you’ve been curious about lymphatic massage, feel free to reach out—I’d love to support you.

Study, Devotion, and Expansion

I am currently immersed in ongoing study- weaving together new knowledge, ancient practices (one of my favourite things to study!!), and embodied wisdom so I can serve with deeper presence and care.

My learning path includes:
- Non clinical hypnosis, focused on calming and regulating the nervous system, gently untangling old patterns, and supporting inner resilience.
- Energy and embodied practices, including yoga, breath, and somatic awareness.
- Continual devotion to Reiki, expanding my understanding, skill, and relationship with this work through lifelong study.

For me, it's not about collecting techniques, but about listening, refining, and honouring the many ways healing unfolds. I believe growth as a practitioner is a sacred responsibility, and learning is a part of the work itself.

New offerings will emerge as these studies deepen and courses finish. Thank you for walking alongside me in this ever-unfolding journey! By expanding my knowledge and offerings, I hope to be able to help more people on their journeys of healing and self discovery.
