**** Devastating News ****
Wildfire has hit the City of Kelowna and West Kelowna.
several homes destroyed as wildfires get out of control.
It’s like the world is burning up.
Heavy smoke and ash 😷
Lots of neighborhoods has been evacuated, our major landfill site is on fire, releasing toxic gases into the air destroying our air quality. It’s extremely stressful and we wonder all day long if we should be leaving.
My granddaughter is super nervous, she has been asking me why the city is burning 🔥 “ why we are packing , if she can bring her swimsuit 🙈 etc…
Gas stations are running out of fuel, the highways are jammed, some have road closures due to the wildfires, and likely all hotels within driving distance are full.
Thank you to all the firefighting crews, military, coast guard, first responders and emergency management personnel who are doing an incredible job to keep people and property safe. We are deeply grateful to the international teams from Australia, US, Costa Rica ,Mexico and New Zealand who are working shoulder to shoulder with BC Wildfire Service personnel throughout the province 🙏
We really need your prayers for everyone here in BC. Please 🙏 and thank you.

Wishing all my Zumba and non Zumba family and friends holiday season full of health, love, peace and laughter.
I hope everybody is doing great 😊 I've been taking a break from Social media and teaching because I needed some time to myself.
I went from being in the best shape of my life to laying in bed in pain all day 😢 “it’s not easy”
Most of you know that 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I got the warning signs early but I ignored it.
I want to encourage you to take some time to look at what's happening in your life, the choices you make each day... even each moment and see how they are affecting your life and your wellbeing.
