We often get asked, “what if I don’t know what to do in class?”
Here is a perfect example of how we make sure everyone knows the drill, how to keep your body safe (no crumbling backs!), and ensuring everyone is moving and lifting to their abilities.
Here is how a class goes:
1. Walk through the doors even if you feel nervous 🫣
2. Get greeted by your awesome coach👋🏻
3. White board talk (find out what you’re doing today)
4. Warm up demo, and warm up 😃
5. Coach led skill/strength/workout based on YOUR skill and capacity level for that day 💪🏼
6. Cool down and stretch 🙌🏼
7. Go home feeling 473892x better than you came! 😅
