New Beginnings.🎬

While I will still continue to teach Pilates in a more limited capacity, I am beyond thrilled to announce that I have become a licensed REALTOR® and have joined the Royal LePage Benchmark family.

I will be based in Cochrane but will also be servicing country residential and acreages north and west of Calgary. I'm licensed in both Residential and Rural Real Estate and I'm beyond excited to serve you.🤩

Pilates teachers, what was one of your limiting beliefs when you began your teaching career?

Was it confidence, was it imposture syndrome, was it self-doubt in your knowledge, or was it fear?

These are all normal feelings that come up as we begin teaching; most teachers have had one or more of the above.

But what is different about the University of Pilates is that we work with you to help increase your confidence and knowledge and support you as you spread your teaching wing and share your love of the method.

We are moving through the mat at the University of Pilates. We completed all the exercises levels1-5, anatomy, business and still so much more to come.

The really cool thing about watching this journey is watching the trainees find their own styles and voices. As teacher trainers watching them begin to progress their students through the movement is such a wonderful moment.

We believe every teacher has something to offer, some skill to share and a voice that needs to be heard. Our goal is to educate every teacher with the exercises, techniques, and safety and instill confidence, creativity and positivity in them.

There really is magic in the Method.
