I also hold a bachelor of gerontology and bring some great theatrical experience to the delivery of all my programming.No matter how young or old the student, I can help design and deliver safe and fun wellness programming that you will love. Sometimes when the stretch is just right, the brain kicks into awesome mode. Problems float away and more stuff just makes sense.

So let’s push to this place on Sunday - or as close as we can get before kicking into Super Bowl Sunday mode.

Anyway, that’s how my longest winter ever is going and it takes a toll on the hips and low back so this Sunday we’ll work on comfort and calm with a goal to create happy hips.

Well, it’s deeply cold and as much as I hate (HECK YES, FULL JUDGEMENT) hot yoga, a bit of warmth sounds like a good plan.

So grab your fav house toque, a cozy blanket and pre-heat your mat because we are going to generate some warmth in our Sunday practice.

Does this mean a really hard class? Probably not. But we will focus on big muscles - not actually a brag - to get our internal temperature to move above the -4 million degrees currently caressing our communities.

This week, we will do the class from last week, if the power gods will it.

If you’re anything like me, the holidays are a time to develop unsustainable habits.

It’s a time for all the foods, drinks, late nights, late mornings, social overload and then boom - it’s January and the waffles and wine rodeo needs to move along.

So, let’s take it slow on Sunday with some deep stretching, a bit of balance and some hopeful laughter as we choose possibility over any silly regrets.
