Please note: All yoga classes being held at the Capreol Millennium Centre will now be held upstairs at the Old Fire Hall In Capreol, 59 Young St (Northern Ontario Railroad Museum and Heritage Centre), until repairs are completed at the Millennium Centre.
If you have purchased classes, this will all be transferred to the temporary location. If you are looking to join, come and see us and we will get you set up.
Classes are as follows:
Tues & Thurs 9:30am
Wed 7pm
Thurs 2pm Chair Yoga
