After more than 30 years of dedicated leadership, our Clinic Manager is retiring — and we are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced professional to guide Cardston Clinic into its next chapter.
Cardston Clinic is a well-established, multidisciplinary medical clinic with over 20 health professionals, known for our collaborative culture, patient-centered care, and supportive workplace.
About the Role
As Clinic Manager, you will be the operational heart of the clinic, overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting staff, and working closely with physicians and ownership to ensure excellence in care and service.

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years management experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong HR, financial, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Comfort with technology and clinic systems
• A collaborative, people-focused leadership style
