MERCURY DIRECT: MARCH 20

"When Mercury goes direct, it can start to open the floodgates of communication, connection and change. Where we have been feeling things have been disconnected or silent, or simply not working out for us, things will start becoming clear again and move forward. This can be good news if there has been communication issues or trouble connecting with others or even with projects that we have been working on. This can help us to make the changes that we need, especially when it comes to relationships and our environment. Did you know 👀

Your body is not meant to function the same way every day of the month.
Your hormones shift, your nervous system responds, and your needs change — and food can be a powerful way to support that rhythm instead of fighting it.

🌙 Menstrual phase
This is a time for rest, warmth, and replenishment. Your body is shedding and repairing. Iron-rich foods, minerals, gentle soups, and grounding meals help reduce fatigue and support recovery.

🌱 Follicular phase
Energy begins to rise. This is a rebuilding phase where your body responds well to lighter, nutrient-dense foods, fresh produce, and protein to support estrogen production and mental clarity.

🌸 Ovulation
Your body is at its peak. Antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats support detoxification and hormone balance while helping you feel vibrant and energized.

🍂 Luteal phase
This phase asks for steadiness and nervous system support. Complex carbs, magnesium-rich foods, and balanced meals help stabilize blood sugar, mood, and cravings.

When you eat with your cycle instead of against it, you often notice:
• less bloating
• fewer mood swings
• more stable energy
• better sleep
• a calmer nervous system

Your body isn’t broken — it’s cyclical, intelligent, and constantly communicating with you.

Learning to listen is where regulation, balance, and healing begin 🤍

Things don’t magically get easier — you get steadier.

You don’t stop facing stress, triggers, uncertainty, or pressure.
You simply build the capacity to meet them without losing yourself.

A regulated nervous system changes everything:
• You pause instead of reacting
• You stay present instead of spiraling
• You feel grounded even when life feels loud

Resilience isn’t about becoming harder.
It’s about becoming less disruptable.

This is the work I guide people through — returning to safety in the body, strengthening regulation, and reconnecting to calm, clarity, and self-trust.

When your nervous system is supported, life doesn’t have to be fought.

✨ You become anchored.

If this resonates, you’re not behind — you’re becoming.

Traditional Chinese Medicine reminds us that healing isn’t rushed.
It’s about balance, circulation, and listening to the body over time.
Not quick fixes—root care.

I’m always interested in systems of healing that look at the whole body, not just symptoms.
TCM sees energy, organs, emotions, and seasons as connected—and that perspective matters.

“I don’t separate the body from the mind or the spirit when I work with someone.

A lot of what I do is inspired by ancient systems like Traditional Chinese Medicine — not in a clinical way, but in the way it understands the body as energy, rhythm, and relationship.

When I’m supporting a client, I’m listening for where energy is stuck, depleted, or working too hard to compensate. Sometimes that shows up emotionally. Sometimes physically. Sometimes it shows up as exhaustion, looping thoughts, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Instead of pushing for change, I work with the body’s timing.

We focus on restoring flow — through breath, touch, nervous system regulation, gentle energy work, and awareness of what the body is asking for in that moment. I pay attention to patterns: where you hold tension, where you protect, where you’re overgiving, where you’ve learned to brace instead of receive.

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping your system remember how to regulate, how to soften, and how to heal safely.

I often bring in practices that support the body the way traditional medicine has for centuries — warmth, grounding, rest, intentional touch, and creating safety before transformation.

Because real healing doesn’t happen when we force it.
It happens when the body feels supported enough to let go.”

This one stopped me in my tracks.
Because so many of us already know how to survive pain. We’ve practiced that part for years.

Healing isn’t about becoming tougher.
It’s about becoming softer without fear.
It’s about letting joy stay without waiting for the other shoe to drop.
Letting peace feel safe.
Letting happiness take up space in your body again.

If joy feels unfamiliar or even uncomfortable sometimes, you’re not broken.
You’re just relearning something you were never meant to forget.

Slowly. Gently. In your own time. 🌙✨

The idea that thoughts can affect water comes mainly from the work of Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto. He conducted experiments in the late 1990s and early 2000s in which he exposed water to different words, music, or intentions, then froze the water and examined the resulting ice crystals under a microscope. He claimed that:
1. Positive words or intentions (like “love” or “gratitude”) produced beautiful, symmetrical, and well-formed crystals.
2. Negative words or emotions (like “hate” or “anger”) produced irregular, chaotic, or malformed crystals.

Emoto’s findings suggest a connection between vibrational energy or intention and water’s molecular structure. The theory is that water, being highly responsive to energy, can “record” the emotional or vibrational quality it’s exposed to.

If thoughts can change the structure of water…
imagine what they’re doing inside your body.

Your nervous system is always listening.
Every thought you think sends a signal—
safe or unsafe, calm or threat.

Chronic worry, self-criticism, fear, and overwhelm keep the body locked in survival mode. Over time, that can show up as anxiety, fatigue, pain, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, poor sleep, emotional reactivity, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

This isn’t about “positive thinking.”
It’s about regulation.
It’s about teaching your body that it’s safe again.

When the nervous system is regulated, the body can rest, digest, repair, and heal. Your breath deepens. Your mind quiets. Your intuition comes back online. You feel more present, grounded, and resilient.

This is the work I do.
Nervous system reset and regulation—through gentle, intentional practices that help your body release stored stress and come back into balance.

You don’t need to force healing.
You need to create safety.

A regulated nervous system isn’t a luxury — it’s the foundation of your health.

When your nervous system feels safe, your body can:
• Rest deeply
• Digest and absorb nutrients
• Heal and repair
• Think clearly
• Regulate emotions
• Connect with others

But when the nervous system stays dysregulated for too long — stuck in fight, flight, or freeze — the body begins to live in survival mode.

Over time, this can look like:
• Chronic anxiety or overwhelm
• Constant fatigue, even after rest
• Shallow breathing and tight muscles
• Brain fog and racing thoughts
• Digestive issues and inflammation
• Emotional numbness or reactivity
• Trouble sleeping or feeling present

This isn’t a personal failure.
It’s a nervous system that learned to adapt to stress, trauma, or prolonged pressure.

Healing doesn’t mean forcing calm or “thinking positive.”
It means gently teaching the body that it is safe again.

Regulation is about slowing down, listening, and supporting the body back into balance — so it no longer has to stay on high alert to protect you.

When the nervous system regulates, everything else begins to follow.

Your body wants to heal.
It just needs the right conditions.

Let me guide you through nervous system regulation and reset, so your body can move out of survival mode and back into balance.

✨ Book a session and let’s support your nervous system back into regulation.

I love this visual so much ✨🫧

There comes a moment when you realize you don’t have to absorb everything around you.

Not the moods.
Not the projections.
Not the chaos.
Not the unhealed wounds other people spill in your direction.

You can choose to put your bubble of protection around you.

Not a wall.
Not avoidance.
Not coldness.

But energetic boundaries.
Discernment.
Self-respect.

When your nervous system is regulated…
When your heart is anchored…
When you know who you are…

Other people’s “stuff” doesn’t land the same way anymore.

It bounces.

You stay soft.
You stay kind.
You stay open.
But you are no longer available for drama, disrespect, or emotional dumping.

Your peace becomes sacred.
And protecting it becomes a daily practice.

Today, visualize your bubble.
Golden. Pink. Clear. However it feels right.
Let only what is aligned with your highest good enter.

Everything else?
It can stay outside. ✨🫧

This quote hits deep. 🤍

So many of us think healing is about becoming stronger so we can better “handle” the chaos — the trauma, the anxiety, the heartbreak. But the truth is… we already know how to survive those things. We’ve been surviving them for years.

Healing isn’t about tolerating more pain.

It’s about expanding your capacity for joy.

It’s about feeling safe in peace.
It’s about not sabotaging love when it feels steady.
It’s about allowing happiness without waiting for it to be taken away.
It’s about letting good things stay.

Sometimes joy feels unfamiliar… even uncomfortable.
That doesn’t mean it’s wrong. It just means you’re growing beyond what you were conditioned to endure.

You are not healing to become better at suffering.
You are healing to remember what it feels like to live. ✨

If this resonates, take a breath and ask yourself:
Where am I still bracing for pain instead of allowing joy?

I see you. And it’s safe to soften now. 💫

We all receive information in different ways.
For some people it comes as images.
For others, words, feelings, or just knowing something without being able to explain why.

These are often called the “clairs,” and they’re less about being psychic and more about how your nervous system and intuition communicate.

• Clairvoyance – seeing images, symbols, or scenes in your mind
• Clairaudience – hearing guidance, thoughts, or inner dialogue
• Clairsentience – feeling information through emotions or the body
• Claircognizance – sudden knowing, insights without a logical trail

Everyone has access to these.
Most of us just learned to ignore them, override them, or explain them away.

Developing intuition isn’t about becoming something new.
It’s about remembering how to listen again — to your body, your thoughts, and the quiet signals you were taught to dismiss.

Curious which one shows up most strongly for you? ✨

Let me know !

We’re careful about what we put in our bodies.
We read labels.
We notice how food makes us feel.
We choose what nourishes us.

But what about what we consume mentally?

The conversations we replay.
The news we scroll.
The stories we tell ourselves.
The voices we allow to live rent-free in our heads.

Your nervous system digests information the same way your body digests food.
Too much junk → inflammation, overwhelm, exhaustion.
The right inputs → clarity, calm, resilience.

Filtering your mind isn’t avoidance.
It’s self-respect.

You don’t need to absorb everything to be informed.
You don’t need to hold everything to be compassionate.
And you don’t need to believe every thought to be honest.

Choose nourishment.
Choose rest.
Choose inputs that help you heal, not ones that keep you dysregulated.

What you consume shapes who you become.

Your emotions don’t live only in your thoughts.
They show up in the body.

How you feel can influence appetite, digestion, energy, focus, and even the kinds of foods your body craves. That doesn’t mean food “fixes” emotions—but nourishment can be part of how we support ourselves through them.

Anger, sadness, anxiety, stress, fatigue…
They each place different demands on the nervous system and body.

When we slow down and listen, food becomes less about control or coping—and more about care.

This isn’t about rules.
It’s about awareness.
It’s about learning to support yourself instead of override yourself.

If this resonates, sit with it gently.
Your body is always communicating—you’re allowed to respond with kindness.
