SPARKPAWS DROP: PART 1 🐾✨

The first round of our SparkPaws order has officially landed and I am obsessed. Like… “Magoo has already claimed half of it” obsessed.

Here’s what just hit the studio:

Big news from the Loft- PRE ORDERS OPEN NOW!

I’m officially bringing red light products into the studio for retail 🔥

My first order is going in soon, so if you’ve been eyeing one of these for home use this is the time to jump on it. If you want something included in this order DM me or text ASAP so I can make sure it arrives with the shipment in a couple of weeks.

For this first round I’m mainly bringing in:
• Kala Face Masks
• Kala Neck Rejuvenator
• Possibly smaller handheld panels depending on interest

If there’s a specific Kala product you’ve been curious about, you can pre-order directly through me and I’ll add it to the studio order.

You all know I’m a big believer in tools that help support recovery, skin health, and overall wellness, so I’m really excited to have these available both in the red light room and now for home use too.

Basically… your recovery routine doesn’t have to stop when you leave the Loft 😉

Big things are happening at The Loft and the shelves are officially getting a workout 💪✨

The studio has had a little spring glow-up and the retail space is expanding… because apparently I have zero self-control when it comes to cool things I want you all to have access to.

We’re talking:
• self-care goodies
• horsey themed apparel & accessories (obviously)
• Kala red light therapy devices
• cozy home goods
• select equestrian gear
• hypoallergenic jewelry (personally tested because your girl is apparently a delicate flower)
• brand merch
• and honestly… so much more coming

I’m so proud and so grateful to see this little space keep growing. What started as one cozy treatment room has turned into something way bigger than I ever imagined — and we’re just getting started.

Heading into what will likely be the biggest, busiest year yet at The Loft and I couldn’t do it without all of you showing up, supporting, bringing your humans, horses and dogs along for the ride 🐴🐶🫶

Also… if you see me running treatments, stocking shelves, answering messages, packaging orders and chasing Magoo around…

This is my official sign that I need to find someone to hire soon 😂

💪 MUSCLE MONDAY | TRICEPS

The one responsible for the push.

Whether it’s pushing yourself up out of a chair, a horse powering through the stride, or a dog launching after a ball — the triceps is doing a lot more work than most people realize.

This muscle sits along the back of the upper limb and its main job is extending the elbow. Sounds simple… but that action is essential for:
✔ pushing off the ground
✔ stabilizing the limb under load
✔ absorbing force during landing
✔ controlling forward movement

When the triceps is working well, movement looks smooth and efficient.
When it’s not? The body starts compensating — usually through the shoulder, neck, or surrounding muscles.

And remember:
strength without control just creates tension somewhere else.

• and how supporting it improves movement overall

Anatomy doesn’t have to be complicated… once you start understanding the pieces, the whole movement puzzle makes a lot more sense.

The Loft Massage Therapy is growing and I’m officially looking to add another Registered Massage Therapist to the team!

I have a room available for an independent contractor or room rental for someone who is motivated to build their own practice in a calm, cozy clinic environment.

Looking for a team member who is:
• self-driven
• hard working
• able to self manage
• excited to grow their own client base
• Animal lovers only… seriously

Whether you’re just starting out of school or an experienced RMT looking to switch things up, all levels of experience are welcome.

The Loft is a small home-based clinic that has been steadily growing and will be heading into year 4 this fall. Currently the team consists of me and Magoo 🐶, but we’re ready to make space for the right person.

Bonus perk: animals are around often… so liking animals is mandatory! 🐾
