Show jumper Laura Kraut is celebrating her 60th birthday today while on form that riders would be envious of at any age.

🎄✨ Giving Back This Holiday Season ✨🎄

This year, The Loft is turning a little holiday spirit into something truly special — hope and healing for some animals who need it most. 🐴🐶🐱

We’re proud to be supporting a local veterinarian who takes in abused, neglected, and unwanted animals, giving them the second chance they deserve ❤️

Throughout until my last working day in December, every tip given at The Loft will go directly toward this cause — and if you’d like to contribute more, we’ll be happily accepting additional donations from our amazing clients and community.

Let’s come together to make this season a little brighter for those who can’t ask for help themselves. We can all make a difference one kind act (and one wagging tail) at a time. Because at The Loft, we believe every being, horse, hound, and human, deserves comfort, care, and kindness. 🌟

Each life intertwined in quiet acts of loyalty and love that shaped the places we live in today.

We honour their strength. We remember their sacrifice.
And we hold deep gratitude ❤️ For every step, every heartbeat, every life that stood for something greater.

It’s that time of year again already. I’m now pre-booking 2026 massage therapy appointments for humans, horses, and hounds!

If you know what days and times usually work best for your schedule, let’s get you set up early and secure your preferred spots for the entire year. Consistency is key to progress, and planning ahead means less stress and more balance in your routine.

At this time, pre-booking can ONLY be done directly through me — send me a DM, text, or email with your preferred days and times. Online booking won’t open until early to mid December, so this is your chance to lock in the times you want before the rush.

Remember, I’m one person and my hours are limited — once spots are gone, they’re gone. Planning ahead means you’ll always have your regular appointments to look forward to, and your body (and your horse, and maybe even your pup 😉) will thank you for it.

Two years ago, I opened the doors to The Loft with a simple dream: to create a space where healing feels cozy, connection feels real, and everyone—horses, hounds, and humans alike, feels right at home.

Since then, it’s been two years of long days, sore hands, happy clients, wagging tails, and more horse hair than I ever could’ve imagined 😂🐴

What started as a vision turned into the most incredible, heart-filled community. I’m endlessly grateful for every single one of you who’s booked, referred, shared, and cheered me on along the way. 🩷

You’ve made The Loft more than just a space, it’s a feeling.

Here’s to more healing, growth, and good energy for every horse, hound & human that walks (or trots) through the door. 🐾✨

‼️ Call for End of the Year Pre-Booking ‼️

The year is winding down… but your schedule is probably doing the opposite! 🗓️

Between training, riding, and the everyday demands of life, your body does a lot. It works hard to support your performance, your posture, and your recovery.

But here’s the thing, your body can only perform its best when it’s cared for consistently NOT just when there’s a problem. 💆‍♀️

Massage therapy is maintenance, not a luxury.

It’s how you stay strong, balanced, and ready for whatever the next season brings. 🌿

RMT and REMT sessions are already booking up fast through the end of the year — and once the spots are gone, they’re gone. Sadly there are only so many appointments I can fit into my schedule. I’m not extending hours this season, so please plan ahead to make sure your wellness routine stays consistent. 🙏🏼
