As the year winds down, we wanted to take a moment to wish you all a very merry and wonderful holiday season and a happy New Year. We’re incredibly grateful for our patients and the families who make our work so meaningful.

We are incredibly grateful for our Kirk Ortho community 💙

During November, our Colour of the Month initiative gave us the opportunity to raise awareness and funds for Pivotal Health, and thanks to the incredible support from our patients, we were proud to present them with a $535 donation.

It was truly a privilege to share more about the important work Pivotal Health does in our community. They have since shared that, as a result of this support, they were able to move clients into counselling more quickly, which makes this even more meaningful to us.

Thank you to everyone who participated, asked questions, and helped turn something as simple as a braces colour choice into real community impact. Together, we are proud to help spread smiles in more ways than one ✨

Our Arnprior office elf, Flossy, received the sweetest surprise this week 🧶❄️

Someone anonymously left him this beautiful hand-knit tuque in KO teal as part of Random Acts of Crochet Kindness Canada, and we could not love it more. He looks incredibly cozy, very handsome, and completely ready for winter.

Moments like this are such a reminder of how thoughtful and kind our community is. To the mystery crocheter who made us smile, thank you for adding a little extra warmth and joy to our office this season 💙

Carleton Place: Our Angel Tree, in partnership with the Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Family and Children’s Services (FCSLLG) , still has 6 tags available. Each tag represents the holiday wish of a child connected with FCSLLG’s programs. If you’re able to help, feel free to stop by and choose a tag. Gifts must be returned by the end of this week so they can be wrapped and delivered on time. ❤️

Arnprior: We’re collecting donations for the Arnprior & District Food Bank. Pantry staples, canned goods, and essential items make a big difference for families in our area during the winter season. 🥫💛

Happy birthday to Dr. Danae! With a smile that lights up the room, positive spirit and glowing personality, let's hear it for Dr. Danae! Not only is she a super-talented orthodontist, she's the amazing Mama to Daphne & Julia - the apple of their eyes, and wonderful wife to Dr. Chris :) Equally comfortable lecturing on complex orthodontic topics to a room filled with her peers as she is curled up on the couch reading a good book, she can do it all. Even tolerate Dr. Chris' Dad jokes and tacky socks!
