Happy Friday beautiful people! You made it through your week. Wishing you all time to just "BE". For me time away and nature are a potent combination. When time away isn't possible, I employ the mindfulness practice of dropping in. This might look like slowly sipping a cup of tea while watching the snow softly falling. How do you practice the being mode? What helps you disconnect and de-stress?
