Most people think fat loss = more cardio.
But here’s the honest truth 👇
You can’t out walk a distracted weekend.
You can’t out elliptical daily snacking.
And you definitely can’t out run habits.
An hour of cardio might burn 300–400 calories…
One “eh whatever” meal can erase it in 6 minutes.
Cardio is amazing for your heart, mood, sleep, and stress.
But fat loss? That mostly comes down to what and how much you eat (while keeping muscle).
So if you feel exhausted from workouts but nothing is changing…
you probably don’t need more treadmill time.
You need a better plan.
Also, the scale lies sometimes.
Water, hormones, sodium and sleep all mess with it.
Progress isn’t just a number.
It’s energy, clothes fitting better, strength, and consistency.
Work smarter, not sweatier.
