Thoracic Wall Rotations
Great for back stiffness and pain; anyone can do this, from desk workers to athletes!
How to do:
1) Start in a lunge position with back leg beside a wall
2) Rotate your back so you are trying to bring your elbow down toward your outside knee
3) Breathe, then return to the starting position
4) Rotate towards the wall and try to bring your elbow back towards your back knee
5) Breathe and repeat!
Do: 6-8 reps
