You can purchase these following items in our clinic:

- Medical and performance grade compression socks
- Exercise Balls, exercise elastic bands and foam rollers
- Lacrosse massage balls
- Orthopedic bracing (ex: knee, elbow and ankle braces)

🔥Flexibility Friday🔥

Thoracic Wall Rotations

Great for back stiffness and pain; anyone can do this, from desk workers to athletes!

How to do:
1) Start in a lunge position with back leg beside a wall
2) Rotate your back so you are trying to bring your elbow down toward your outside knee
3) Breathe, then return to the starting position
4) Rotate towards the wall and try to bring your elbow back towards your back knee
5) Breathe and repeat!

Do: 6-8 reps

✅Keep your hips against a wall
✅Keep your back in a straight line (not flat against the wall)
✅Allow the rotation to come from your spine (back)

We are committed to listen to your needs and offer exceptional customized care in order to help you reach your personal goals. A Certified Athletic Therapist is a highly skilled health care practitioner that uses a thorough knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, body mechanics and orthopedic special testing to identify physical injuries and dysfunctions. The Athletic Therapy spectrum of care includes injury prevention and assessment, emergency and acute care, rehabilitation and reconditioning. Our hands-on treatment approach is based on a sports medicine model that promotes an accelerated recovery to physical injuries.
