Overnight oats might be convenient, but they’re not always the best way to start your day — especially if you struggle with energy dips, cravings, bloating, or hormone imbalance.
Your first meal sets the tone for your blood sugar, cortisol, digestion, and overall energy.
Protein + warm food = stability.
Cold carbs = chaos.
Not saying oats are “bad”… just that they’re not the breakfast hero they’re made out to be.
