BENEFITS of a WORKOUT BUDDY:

2) SHARED GOALS: Works with you to achieve fitness targets.
3) MOTIVATION: Pushes you to work harder and offers support.
I can guarantee I wouldn't get myself to the studio at 6am 🫣 grateful for ALL my workout buddies....do we ALWAYS stay committed? No....but we ALWAYS pick back up, no judgements, just a HIGH 5!
We have room in our Tuesday 6:45 and 9am to join some pretty incredible workout buddies💪🤗
