What an AWESOME week we had in the studio and out! Absolutely blown away by our tribes commitment to a healthier, stronger self! Even our U-15 hockey team showed up with a willingness and perseverance that has me VERY excited about their weekly training goals 💪🎉
It's ALWAYS a good time to start your wellness journey! Modifications for all exercises provided! We still have a few spots Monday mornings for Yoga and Tuesdays 6:45 and 9am!
